About UsEstablished in 2004, the Marshall County Arts & Culture Alliance was designed to assist in collaboration, coordination and marketing efforts with other arts organizations. A 501(c)3 not-for-profit, the Alliance is an initiative of the Martha-Ellen Tye Foundation. Headquartered in Marshalltown, Iowa, the Alliance strives to grow and better area arts and culture organizations while helping connect them to the community. In 2013 the Alliance started an in-depth long-term strategic plan, which brought about a full-time executive director in 2014, and creating a full board of directors.
The Alliance sponsors the Marshalltown Art Festival, in addition has a division , the Marshalltown Public Art Committee. |
